often find themselves building teams quickly, with limited time to reinforce skills, support transitions, or sustain engagement.  Maintaining performance requires ongoing support - amidst life challenges and pressures that can impact work presence and productivity.

Growth is fostered when skill-building,  guidance through transitions, and individual coaching all work together—supporting the whole person. I work with organizations and teams to strengthen consultative selling and communication skills, foster engagement and resilience, and support leaders and teams through transitions while being mindful of overall wellbeing.

Team Transitions & Growth

Tailored sessions on topics ranging from organizational growth and pivots to leadership and role  shifts, with attention to culture and morale.

Pathways Coaching

Confidential, whole-person guidance that addresses job presence or sales performance along with life challenges that get in the way of productivity.

Services offered onsite or virtually - while being flexible to accommodate the various schedules and roles of leadership and their teams across multiple locations.
