Growth is fostered when skill-building,  guidance through transitions, and individual coaching all work together—supporting the whole person. I work with organizations and teams to strengthen consultative selling and communication skills, foster engagement and resilience, and support leaders and teams through transitions while being mindful of overall wellbeing.

Pathways Coaching

Confidential, whole-person guidance that incorporates job performance and presence while addressing those life challenges that  are getting in the way.
